	The parents who regularly come to IMAJINEthat may have noticed a few changes. They may have seen adults wearing light blue shirts providing therapy to children and adolescents throughout the play space. They might see teenagers in the kitchen in our pre-vocational program learning how to cook and how to wait on customers. They may also see children in the kitchen learning how to expand their food choices (in the Picky Eaters Club). They will see sign language being taught throughout the facility. Children will be practicing their fine motor skills within the arts and crafts area.
	Speech and language therapy may be happening in the small house and grocery store. Children will be climbing and crawling within the climbing structure as they improve their strength and coordination. The birthday party rooms look different on occasion as they are set up for gymnastics, karate, adaptive sports, sensory motor integration and music therapy.
	Parents who come to IMAJINEthat are more than welcome to ask the Stepping Stones staff questions about the program. For those who have concerns about any aspect of their child’s development, we also offer free developmental screenings by appointment. We welcome all IMAJINEthat children to participate in our programs because we know the beauty of integrative therapy. Any child who participates in Stepping Stones programs will thrive. We also offer many programs for parents.
	Lynda Gallagher, director of Stepping Stones Therapy Center, was searching for a fun, child and parent friendly place to start her community-based therapy center. She wanted to create a play-based center where children can receive therapeutic programs to supplement school and clinical therapy, thus bridging the gap in therapy. Stepping Stones Therapy Center at IMAJINEthat is a perfect blend that connects children to each other, to their families and to their community.
