Should I pre-register?
If it says to pre-register in the event description we highly recommend that you do so.  Events book up quickly and we don’t want you to miss out!

For events, if I was there earlier in the day can I come back for free?
If you are a member, absolutely!  Otherwise you will have to pay for both ticket prices.

Do I have to attend the workshop with my child?
We strongly recommend that you attend, but it is not required.  You do however need to remain inside of Imajine That unless otherwise stated.

Can I use a free friend play day, library pass or coupon towards special events or specialty workshops?
Sorry, no.  Those are not applicable towards special events or specialty workshops.  No exceptions.

How much are your daily workshops?
Daily workshops, unless otherwise stated are free with admission and are open to all walk-in guests.

Where can I find your workshop schedule?
Just click on the events calendar and choose the date that you are interested in.

Do your events ever change the day of?
Yes, they do.  Our schedule may change due to accommodating a family’s request, or for other circumstances out of our control such as weather.

How old do the children have to be to attend?
It all depends on the workshop.  Please call and speak to an Imajinator if you are not sure if a certain workshop is appropriate for your child.

How long are the workshops?
A standard workshop is a half of an hour long.  Workshops may vary however so your best bet is to ask upon entry to the workshop.

Can I use a library pass, coupon or free friend play day to come to daily workshops?
Yes, unless otherwise noted daily workshops are free with admission and are open to walk-in customers.

What are they?
They are a Members Only card that gets you access into 10 drop-in workshops! Choose from family favorite, pizza-making, our new and delicious baking workshops, or any of our art & science workshops! All of these workshops usually go for $5/child.

How much?
We are offering it to our members for $20/card! That is a total savings of 60%!

Where can I purchase one?
We currently have them in house and available for purchase at the front desk.

Well, every time you see a workshop that you want to participate in, register your child at the front desk in advance, get your card punched and then join in on the fun!
